Responsibilities: |
Good Samaritan Society is a faith based christian organization providing long term care in 240 facilities nationwide. The RD will be responsible for oversight of the entire dietary department for St. Luke's Village-a 60 bed facility located in Kearney, Nebraska. The RD will provide direction to Dietary staff in meeting the nutritional needs of the residents of the skille dnursing faciltiy. The RD will create an appealing menu of nutritious foods that will meet the physician's requirement for each resident. The RD will scree, hire and train new employees. |
